Welcome
Are you feeling overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or like no one understands you? Maybe you carry stress that no one else seems to recognize, or you feel an unrelenting pressure to be perfect. You might get the sense that something is “wrong” with you, while others seem to be managing just fine.
Life can feel too much at times. You are not alone and you are not broken.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, perfectionism, burnout, or simply feeling overwhelmed, it’s easy to get stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Let’s work together to uncover these patterns, build healthier coping tools, and create meaningful change.
About
Alicia Epling, LCSW
As a therapist, I value a collaborative approach with the belief that you are the expert of your own story. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and support as we work together toward meaningful change.
While I work with clients on a wide range of challenges, my primary focus is on adults experiencing anxiety, panic disorder, life stressors, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and mild depression. My background also includes hospital-based social work, and I am familiar with helping individuals navigate complex medical stressors. I value diversity in my practice, welcoming individuals of all cultures, races, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
I incorporate a variety of modalities, with my primary therapeutic approaches consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with the integration of mindfulness-based techniques.
I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Colorado State University in 2016 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
